1. What you bring you take home. All rubbish is to be placed in the industrial bins in the car park near the gate to the camp grounds.
2. All toilets and showers are to be swept, mopped and cleaned prior to departure and inspected by the camp staff. If not clean, the hirers will be billed for the cleaning. If toilet rolls need to be replaced, camp staff should be informed.
3. The camp grounds are to be emu bobbed and NO food scraps are to be left behind. All food waste to be placed into the industrial bins.
4. Camp sites are the hirers' responsibility, along with all personal gear — NOT GSAC.
5. All equipment belonging to GSAC will be signed for and returned as soon as it is finished with.
6. No furniture or the like is to leave any building for use in the camp grounds.
7. GSAC has many uneven surfaces. We recommend enclosed footwear should be worn. We take no responsibility if you choose not to wear enclosed shoes.

15. Flora and fauna are protected and should not be damaged in any way.
16. Due care is to be taken at all times; however, The Scout Association will not be liable for any injuries, loss or damage suffered whilst you are hiring any part of GSAC.
